Sorah At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer )

Sorah At-Tariq ( The Night-Comer ) - Verses Number 17

وَالسَّمَاءِ وَالطَّارِقِ ( 1 )

By the sky and the night comer -

وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ ( 2 )

And what can make you know what is the night comer?

النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ ( 3 )

It is the piercing star -

إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ ( 4 )

There is no soul but that it has over it a protector.

فَلْيَنظُرِ الْإِنسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ ( 5 )

So let man observe from what he was created.

خُلِقَ مِن مَّاءٍ دَافِقٍ ( 6 )

He was created from a fluid, ejected,

يَخْرُجُ مِن بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ ( 7 )

Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs.

إِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ ( 8 )

Indeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able.

يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَائِرُ ( 9 )

The Day when secrets will be put on trial,

فَمَا لَهُ مِن قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ ( 10 )

Then man will have no power or any helper.

وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ ( 11 )

By the sky which returns [rain]

وَالْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ ( 12 )

And [by] the earth which cracks open,

إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ ( 13 )

Indeed, the Qur'an is a decisive statement,

وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ ( 14 )

And it is not amusement.

إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا ( 15 )

Indeed, they are planning a plan,

وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا ( 16 )

But I am planning a plan.

فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا ( 17 )

So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile.

Some Sincere Advice To Every ChristianMost people agree to the fact that Allah’s (God’s) Word cannot be contradictory. What He spoke about Himself must be true. He made Himself known as The Creator, The One, The Originator, and The Provider. He is the First, nothing is before Him; The Last, nothing is after Him; The Most High, nothing is above Him; The Most Near, nothing is beyond His reach, and He encompasses everything while He is above heavens, distinct and separate from His creatures. Great in His Majesty and Honor, Most Merciful, Severe in Punishment, All-Knower, Most Compassionate, All-Wise, and All-Just; Most Perfect in all of His Names and Attributes. He does not beget, nor is He begotten. There is no equal to Him, and there is nothing like unto him, and thus He alone deserves to be worshipped. In essence, the religion as revealed1 to nations before us and to mankind up to the Day of Resurrection, calls for the worship of none but God (Allah).
